Pasta Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes (with roasted garlic)
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes (with Italian herbs)
    2 (16 oz.) cans plain tomato sauce
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion until done. Drain off excess grease. Add all tomato products and spices. Cook on medium heat until bubbly. Turn heat down on low and let simmer 2 to 3 hours. Add mushrooms and simmer for at least 1 to 2 more hours. This is an all-day sauce.
