Atre Johnson'S Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. top round steak (3/4-inch thick)
    1 c. tomato juice or small can sauce
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. butter
    1 pkg. wild rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour to coat steak
Preparation
    Flatten steak thin; add flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Saute onions and parsley in butter; add tomato juice.
    Add sauce to rice.
    Spoon rice mixture on meat; roll and tie.
    Brown roll on top of stove in casserole dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
