Fideo - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. uncooked vermicelli
1 small can tomatoes
2 tsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. oil

Preparation

Brown vermicelli in oil.
Add tomatoes and sugar.
Cover and cook on low heat until tender, about 15 minutes.
Good served with tacos.
Top with picante sauce for added flavor.
