Italian Vegetable Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Italian vegetables
    3/4 onion, sliced
    1 small can sliced black olives
    Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook vegetables as directed on package.
    Stir-fry onion and olives in 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Mix in vegetables and stir together.
    Pour mixture into flat casserole dish.
    Place sheets of Swiss cheese on top.
    Microwave until cheese melts.
