Cinnamon French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    butter/margarine for frying
Preparation
    Combine eggs, cinnamon and vanilla in a large shallow pan/bowl.
    Add bread, turning over so it absorbs the egg.
    Fry with butter or margarine until brown on all sides.
    Serve with fruit jam or syrup.
    Makes 4 slices.
