Corn Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream corn
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Cream together brown sugar, sugar, eggs, oil and corn.
Mix baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt with flour.
Add both mixtures together.
Stir in raisins and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes in 9 x 11-inch pan.
