Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

deboned chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
frozen peas and carrots
1 stick melted butter
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Place layer of chicken on bottom of large casserole dish.
Cover with can of soup.
Add peas and carrots.
Make batter of butter, Bisquick and buttermilk.
Pour over chicken.
Add broth.
Bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
