Pork Chops With Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork chops
    3 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on both sides.
    Pour off drippings.
    Lightly mix the soft bread crumbs.
    Add onion, melted butter, water and poultry seasoning mix.
    Place a mound of stuffing on each pork chop.
    Blend cream of mushroom soup with 1/3 cup water and pour over chops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
