Granny'S Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1 c. grape juice
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. nuts
1 c. candied pineapple
1 c. candied cherries
1 c. fig preserves
1 c. raisins
1 c. citron
Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and egg yolks.
Beat well.
Add 2 cups sifted flour, baking powder, spices and juice.
Add 1 cup flour in which the fruit and nuts have been mixed.
Add beaten egg whites last. Bake at 300\u00b0 about 2 hours.
