Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. shredded zucchini
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Grease loaf pan.
    Dust with flour.
    Stir together flour, cinnamon, soda, salt, nutmeg and baking powder; set aside.
    In another bowl, beat egg; add sugar and zucchini and beat well.
    Add oil and milk;
    mix.
    Stir in flour mixture.
    Fold in nuts.
    Add into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Makes one loaf.
