Kraut And Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 roll good sausage
1 medium chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 eggs
1 c. rice (uncooked)
1/2 c. celery
8 cabbage leaves
2 (16 oz.) cans sauerkraut
Preparation

Mix everything but cabbage and kraut.
Divide in 8 portions. Place on cabbage leaves.
Roll up.
Secure with toothpicks.
In a Dutch oven, place 1 can of sauerkraut and place cabbage rolls. Then other can of sauerkraut.
Put water on top, up about 3/4. Bring to a boil; then cover and reduce heat to simmer.
Cook about 2 hours.
Serve with corn muffins.
