Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. boiling water
    3 eggs, 2 eggs separated
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    9-inch pastry shell
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add boiling water and cook 15 minutes in top of double boiler.
    Stir often.
    Add beaten egg yolks and milk. Cook until smooth and thick.
    Remove from heat; add lemon juice and rind.
    Cool.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Top with meringue.
