Aunt Edna'S Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
Preparation
    Brown pie shell at 425\u00b0.
    Let cool.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add milk, margarine and the yolks of the eggs.
    Blend until smooth.
    Cook over medium heat until thick.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla.
    Stir.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Use the egg whites to beat into a meringue to top pie with.
    Brown in a 425\u00b0 oven for approximately 5 minutes.
