Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    2 boiled eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and onion; slice thinly.
    Cover with water and cook until tender.
    Mash potatoes with potato masher.
    Add 2 more cups of water to potatoes.
    Add flour to milk and stir well.
    Add milk and butter to potatoes.
    Chop eggs fine and add to potatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes.
    Serve with corn bread or crackers.
