Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. lard or vegetable shortening
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients and cut in lard or vegetable shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Gradually add cold water until mixture can be shaped into a ball.
    Chill.
    Roll out as needed.
    Makes enough for 4 single crust or 2 double crust pies.
