Peanut Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn syrup
    1 box caramel instant pudding
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. chopped roasted peanuts
    1 unbaked 8 or 9-inch pastry shell
Preparation
    Blend
    syrup
    with pudding mix in bowl.
    Add evaporated milk and egg.
    Add peanuts and pour into unbaked shell.\tBake in moderate oven (375\u00b0) until pie is set, about 40 minutes.
