Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 eggs, cooked and scrambled
    1/2 lb. chicken meat, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt (as needed)
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/4 c. minced carrots
    1/4 c. sweet peas
Preparation
    Place oil in pan.
    Cook chicken, carrots and onions together over low heat.
    When chicken is cooked, pour in remaining ingredients, except precooked eggs.
    Cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
    Pour cooked mixture into precooked eggs.
