Pickle Slices - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. young zucchini, summer squash or cucumbers (use only 1 lb.)
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt (you can use less or none at all if you're on a low salt diet)
1/2 c. white vinegar
4 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. dry (powdered) mustard
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except zucchini, squash or cucumbers in your blender and let it run until everything has become a thin puree.
