Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 unbeaten egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 c. water
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, sift dry ingredients together.
    Stir in vanilla, vinegar, oil and water.
    Fill cupcake tins 1/2 full with chocolate batter and top with heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Frost with white frosting.
