Smothered Beef Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef shoulder, cubed
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. any dry wine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning (optional)
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a heavy roasting pan, preferably cast-iron.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Check after 1 hour to see if more water is needed.
    Serve with steamed rice.
