Fluffy Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. apricot preserves or orange marmalade
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
    2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
    assorted fruit for dippers
    assorted Wisconsin cheeses, cut up
Preparation
    Cut up any large pieces of fruit in preserves; place in a small bowl.
    Stir in sour cream and walnuts.
    Add enough milk to make mixture the consistency for dipping.
    Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
    Serve with assorted fruit and cheeses.
    Makes about 1/2 cup.
