Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1/2 c. margarine
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Slice and cook squash until tender.
    Drain.
    Saute onions in margarine and mix with squash.
    Add bread crumbs, eggs, seasonings and cheese.
    Put in 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
