Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, stewed and deboned
    1 stick margarine
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth (more if too dry)
Preparation
    Melt margarine and mix with stuffing mix.
    Place 3/4 of mixture in baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
    Place chicken pieces on top of stuffing.
    Mix together sour cream, soup and 1 cup of chicken broth.
    Pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing over top. Pour remaining chicken broth over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
