Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. hash brown potatoes O'Brien (frozen)
    1 lb. loose sausage
    1 (8 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces (optional)
    1 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 to 8 eggs
    4 to 5 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes as directed.
    Brown sausage and drain well. Layer potatoes, mushrooms, sausage and cheese in 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat eggs and pour over mixture.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Will serve 12 to 15 people.
