Smothered Pork Chops - cooking recipe

4 to 5 pork chops
flour
salt and pepper
Preparation

Roll chops in flour, salt and pepper mix. Fry in a deep skillet until done; drain off grease. Cover with water and cover. Cook slowly for 30 minutes, adding more water, if needed. This makes a great gravy. Serve hot.
