Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    1 1/2 large onions, chopped
    1/2 bottle catsup
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 stalk celery
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Open Pit barbecue sauce
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and pour over meat in baking pan or Dutch oven.
    Cover.
    Bake 6 hours at 300\u00b0.
    When cool, remove any bone or fat.
    Makes great sandwiches.
