Ingredients

4 oz. dried beef
4 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 c. bell pepper
Preparation

Fry cut dried beef in butter until edges curl, approximately 5 minutes.
Add bell pepper.
Sprinkle flour over top of beef; stir until bubbly.
Remove from heat and gradually stir in milk.
