Ceci Insalata(Chickpea Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 fresh tomato, cut in wedges
    salt
    pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    garlic salt or minced garlic
    1/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation
    Mix peas, celery, onion, pepper and tomato in a bowl.
    Shake or stir dressing (remaining ingredients) and pour over salad. Marinate several hours before serving.
    Serves 6.
