Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. uncooked rice
    1 egg, beaten
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Combine the ground beef, rice, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Form small balls and brown in skillet. Drain excess fat and transfer to a casserole. Pour tomato juice over meat balls; cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
