Easy Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pink salmon
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. finely grated onion
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. flour
    Crisco shortening
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine salmon and its liquid (picking out large bones) with remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Shape into patties or balls.
    Fry in Crisco shortening 10 to 15 minutes until brown.
