Crustless Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except coconut, in blender.
    Process for 5 minutes (a hand mixer may be used).
    Stir in coconut.
    Pour into buttered 9-inch pie plate.
    Cook for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until set.
    Pie will puff and then fall slightly.
    Cool.
