Braised Pork Tenderloins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. pork tenderloins
    1 c. flour
    1 c. diced onions
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. red wine
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cut tenderloins into 1-inch steak-like pieces.
    Place soy sauce, water, sugar and wine into a bowl; stir well.
    Drop in tenderloins, set into refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
    Stir once or twice during this time.
