Easy Meatloaf Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2-2 lbs. ground chuck or ground round
    1-2 packs of dry onion soup
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    Several medium, thick-sliced potatoes
Preparation
    Mold ground chuck into a loaf.
    Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix, then pat in.
    Pour 2 cans cream of mushroom soup over the top of the loaf.
    Surround with medium, thick-sliced potatoes.
    Seal in tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for approx. 2 hours.
