Turkey Vegetable Kebabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large gloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. olive or vegetable oil
    1 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless turkey breasts
    12 large mushrooms
    12 cherry tomatoes
    1 large lemon, cut in wedges
    2 small zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    In blender, combine garlic, mustard, lemon juice and oil.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Cut turkey into 1 1/2-inch cubes. Place in bowl with mustard mixture for about 10 minutes.
