Cinnamon Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
1 Tbsp. cold water
1 lb. pecans
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Whip together egg white and cold water.
Coat pecans with egg white mixture.
Place on foil lined cookie sheet.
Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Check constantly.
