Lime Pineapple Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 boxes 3 oz. lime Jell-O
2 c. hot water
1 c. pineapple juice
1 large cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
8 slices cut fine pineapple
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Preparation

Grease

Tupperware Jell-O molds.
Mix Jell-O with hot water;
add 1 cup pineapple juice.
While warm add cream cheese and
mayonnaise.

cheese up with my pastry blender.)
When
cool, add 8 slices of cut fine pineapple; whip the cream and add last.
