Carrots, Candied - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 carrots, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
1 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in 2 Tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Boil carrots in plain water until tender, but still whole. Drain water.
Add other ingredients and slowly cook for about an hour until thickened.
