Low-Fat Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened (nonfat)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs (Egg Beaters, etc.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Pour into 6-ounce graham cracker crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool and refrigerate for 3 hours.
