Coconut Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine sugar and flour.
    Add the corn syrup, coconut, pineapple, eggs and vanilla.
    Mix together well.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    (If top seems to brown too quickly, cover lightly with foil.)
    Cool pie on wire rack.
    Cool before cutting.
