Pineapple Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. grated carrots
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. broken nuts
    1 c. chopped apples
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly and add to oil.
    Beat well.
    Add sugar, beating again.
    Add carrots, apples, nuts, pineapple and vanilla. Beat again.
    Fold in sifted flour, soda, salt and baking powder gradually, beating well.
    Pour into tube or Bundt pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
