Frozen Strawberry Banana Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (21 oz.) can strawberry pie filling
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 medium bananas, chopped
    1/4 c. coarsely chopped toasted almonds
Preparation
    Stir together pie filling, ice cream and lemon juice.
    Stir in bananas and nuts.
    Turn into 8 individual molds.
    Freeze firm several hours or overnight.
    Place in refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
    Unmold onto lettuce-lined plates.
    Makes 8 servings.
