Marshmallow Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Cups Sugar
    1 Large Can Milk
    1/4 Cup Butter
    7 oz. Marshmallow Whip
    1 Cup Nuts
    12 oz. Chocolate Chips
    1 tsp. Vanilla
Preparation
    Boil sugar, milk and butter to a soft ball stage (243 degrees), stirring frequently, then add marshmallow, nuts, chips and vanilla. Stir until chips are melted.
