Smothered Steak(From The Parsonage Kitchen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 50 servings round steak (usually you get 5 or 6 from slice of round)
    seasoned salt
    flour
    oil or shortening
    onion
    mushrooms
    green pepper (if you like)
Preparation
    Sprinkle each steak with seasoned salt and dredge with flour. Brown in skillet in small amount of oil or shortening.
    Arrange in baking pan or dish.
    If necessary, more than one layer may be placed in pan.
    Top each piece with as much onion as you like and as many mushrooms as you can afford.
    Add green pepper if you like.
