Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix together thoroughly the margarine, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs.
Sift together and stir in the flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
Chill the dough.
Roll into balls the size of small walnuts, then roll into the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
