Ham And Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
4 potatoes, diced
2 c. water
2 c. ham, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
1 can corn (undrained)
Preparation

In a large pot, melt butter; cook onion and green pepper until tender.
Add water, potatoes and seasonings.
Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour or until potatoes are done.
In small bowl, make paste of flour by adding a few drops of water.
Pour into pot.
Add corn (undrained) and ham.
Heat through, but do not boil as it will curdle.
