Gourmet Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. whole tiny new potatoes
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
    2 to 3 tsp. dried dill weed
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
    3/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until just tender.
    Cool and cut into bite-size pieces.
    In a very large bowl, stir salad dressing, vinegar, mustard, lemon pepper and dill.
    Gently fold in potatoes, eggs, artichoke and onion.
    Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours.
    Makes 16 servings.
