1/2 c. dry cottage cheese
3 Tbsp. skim milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/4 tsp. onion powder
dash of black pepper
Preparation

In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth.
Stir in 1/4 cup plain yogurt and 1 tablespoon of parsley. Serve over baked potato.
Makes 2/3 cup.
