Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. cream cheese
    6 eggs
    2 pt. sour cream
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend eggs and cream cheese.
    Add sugar and vanilla; blend until semi-smooth.
    Add sour cream until smooth and creamy. Butter bottom and sides of spring pan.
    Put in graham cracker crumbs (any recipe on boxed crumbs is okay) bottom and half way up sides.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 1 hour.
    Shut off oven after 1 hour and leave cheesecake in for 1 more hour.
    Remove and refrigerate.
    Best if done 24 hours prior to serving.
    Cover top with cherries, raspberries or blueberries if desired.
