Rosemary Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small red potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
    1 Tbsp. oil or olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Arrange raw, quartered potatoes in pan.
    In a bowl, stir together oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.
    Pour over potatoes. Toss to coat.
    Bake, uncovered, about 25 minutes, stirring often, until brown and tender.
    Serves 8.
