Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
    1 pkg. taco or chili seasoning mix
    3/4 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Add chili or taco seasoning and water.
    Simmer until blended.
    Pour into a 2-quart baking dish. Spread softened cream cheese on top of beef mixture.
    Cube Monterey Jack cheese over cream cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly or place covered in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes on High.
    The beef may be browned in the same dish in microwave.
